INSTRUCTIONS:
As Inaba and Cohen (2011) have argued, "communicable diseases start slowly, eventually raging through the most susceptible segments of a population." They go on to describe that the rest of society usually has a sense of false security, thinking that this is not their problem; however, communicable diseases most often have a devastating impact on the general population in the long run. What do you believe is the key to preventing disease? Be sure to support your argument by referencing the reading or an outside source for support.
