done a commendable job supported by facts. I like the way you put across your
ideas so clearly, explaining the importance of involving nurses in the system
development cycle. I agree with your viewpoint because you started the
challenges that might arise due lack of nurse involvement in system cycle
development.
To add to what you have
discussed in your post, I feel that viewing the situation from the nurse as the
end-user of the system could also hold water. The nurse is the link between the
patients and doctors since they get instructions from doctors to serve patients
(Bleijenberg et al., 2018). They know what needs the system should address, and
they would provide the necessary system specifications. According to Tang et al.
(2018), the right particulars ensure that the system serves the right purpose
after implementation.
