Assignment  This week you will identify your topic and develop a proposal/problem statement that you will be researching as well as explaining its importance to the topic and what you hope to accomplish through your research.   Steps 1-3) Topic: The mental and/or physical stability of a Veteran after they served in the Armed Forces. Develop  a informal proposal for topic (1page). Create a detailed outline for your paper identifying  a minimum of four “scholarly” references.  Your outline will be about 1 page in length excluding your references.
