In the process of learning, I have encountered various instances that have affected my ability to learn in one way or another. First, when I was a sophomore, I was unable to continue with learning for a while due to financial challenges following the divorce of my parent. Being the first born to my family, I was obligated to ensure that the other family members are cared for since most of my siblings were young. Consequently, this challenge consumed much of my time during and after classes: I had to balance between coursework and some basic waged services to manage minor household expenses. This constraint is typical for most our societies which affect the concentration of the learners leading to poor performance and on the extreme end, dropping out of school.

However, despite the family conflicts and financial constraints, I persistently endured these challenges and completed my undergraduate studies. I live in a community that is ethnically integrated giving me a chance to learn and appreciate ways of life for different people. This quality is very vital as I seek admission...
