            Performance management problems are issues that exist between the leadership of a company and its employees. These problems potentially interfere with how fast a company achieves its objectives. According to Hanks (2018), some of these issues include lack of established goals, credibility, consistency, and a clear strategy. These problems make it hard for a business to plan for new business actions and check the progress the implemented actions. To deal with these problems managers have to improve both the quality and quantity of work by reducing lost time and avoiding inaccuracies. Besides, managers can also adopt a mechanism that can instill appropriate behaviors by dealing with hostility, lack of cooperation, and negativism among employees.
