I need to revise(add/subtract/ move/ change, check for grammar). I have been employed with_____ for nearly 4 years as a certified nursing assistant and restorative aide. During this time, I have been dedicated to my duties and go above and beyond. I work overtime, I come in when asked and complete extra task when asked. Being a CNA is handwork, but at the end of the day, I feel good about myself knowing I made a difference in someones life by treating them with care and compassion, and that is the greatest feeling in the world. I perform my duties from the heart. I am a bit disappointed that I did not receive a raise or pay adjustment as a front line worker in the Covid 19 pandemic. I believe I am worth far more than what I am now and for this reason, I am asking for a wage increase not less than 15% for my CNA and Restorative Aide Position. I enjoy working for this company and do have plans to move up the nursing ladder and I believe this company would be Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
