The layout of this paper is as follows: Introduction (2 pages) —Introduce to the overall documentary: Provide a brief overview of the settings, including: population, setting etc… Discussion (2 pages) —Discuss what you found most interesting, what you learned through your investigations. Describe strengths and differences of each setting and between settings. Illustrate your assertions with specific examples from your observations, as well as explicit reference to coursework. Discuss how your observations of children, parents, & their interactions, of environments, etc. inform your understanding of class readings, films, & discussions – and vice versa – how did our coursework guide your understanding of what you observed in classroom? Discuss how observing understanding of each different culture. Reflections (1-2 pages) (personal connections of observations/ perspectives of the different cultures and parenting strategies.
