Directions: This is a 2-part assignment. This week you will choose one of the two topics listed below, and write and submit a draft version of an Orientation and Evaluation research paper. This draft version needs to be 750 to 1000 words, include at least three citations, a title page, and a references page. Your final version will need to be 1000-1200 words. You will receive feedback on your submission in time for you to revise your draft version and submit a final one by end of Week 5. Use said feedback to improve on the topic you submit as a draft. The topics for you to choose from are as follows:  1. Write a research paper about the Key Elements of an Effective Orientation or Orientation Evaluation.
