What is Organizational Behavior?

            This can be described as the study that involves the analysis of the level of individual and group performance as well as activity within a given organizational setup. Martin (2004) asserts that organizational behavior examines how humans behave in a work environment, this also involves the determination of how human behavior impacts leadership, motivation, communication, performance, job structure, and so on.
