INSTRUCTIONS:
Students should identify a business organization of their own choice in the retail, manufacturing or service sectors to be the basis of the coursework assignment. The organization’s Information Systems (IS) should be analyzed from the point of view of a) IS strategy, b) IS planning, c) relevancy to business strategy, d) IS components, e) IS change, f) IS vision issues and g) IS technologies being used. The coursework has been designed to allow students to demonstrate knowledge, reflection and evaluation of theories and concepts in Information Systems domain, Strategic planning and deployment of IS, alignment and organizational transformation enabled by IS, and processes and operations through which Information Systems delivers their functions.
