This week's assignment: (50 pts.) This week's assignment: program design, appointment scheduling, adjusting the program Design a nutrition and supplement strategy for your client. Be specific, thorough, and provide rationale for the program you have designed. In addition, detail your proposed appointment schedule over the course of the client's program. Include frequency (when you'll meet), what you will discuss or do at each appointment, and which assessments you will perform and when. The final piece of being fully prepared to take on clients is to practice adjusting the program. Based on the plan and behavior goals you have designed for your sample client, briefly predict how you expect your client's body to change over the next 2 months. How will you adjust the program if you perceive a plateau? Assume your client successfully reaches his or her original outcome goal. Choose a new hypothetical goal or situation and describe how you would adjust your program accordingly. (Some ideas: client becomes pregnant, client wants to compete in a bodybuilding competition, client wants to train for a marathon, client wants to lose even more body fat, etc.)
