Healthy living is a function of taking the right quality and quantity of foods every day and following the nutritionist’s recommendations concerning dietary matters. Failure to adhere to fundamental diet consideration leads to nutrient deficiencies that pose a significant human body malfunction, weakening of body organs, and on the far extreme, a devastating medical condition that may present permanent effects.
