Norwegian foreign policy
Norwegian foreign policy is
interested in developing an excellent way to achieve its ambition and goals
through relations with other countries and international organizations. These
goals are economic developments; improve military skill and equipment, and even
cultural products (Christensen, 2021). The minister of the foreign affair is
the one that ensures that the goal and ambitions of the Norway country are
achieved through diplomatic immune with other countries. Now let's look at some
of the key objects for Norway's foreign policy. These objectives are to fight
poverty and provide education to all Norwegians in the country, ensure
Norwegians' safety, increase the Norwegians' economy, be a member of the
European Union, and be partners with other countries.
Poverty and a flawed education
system were some of the challenges that the country was facing. The Government
decided to implement an excellent foreign policy that will help the country
have sustainable development that will prove the living standard of people.
These will enable them to afford to educate their children and, by doing so,
will help them eradicate poverty in the country. The country's foreign minister
conducted a diplomatic report with many countries to try selling their foreign
policy to get help. (Hellwig et al., 2008)
The Government of Norway joins the E.U. for
many reasons. The collaboration should assist with understanding the
Government's vision as far as it matters for us of the world: Europe that is
secure, free, and financially solid, and where the individual nations assume
joint liability for tending to shared difficulties. Also, the Government will
seek a viable European strategy that empowers us to advance Norwegian interests
and our vision for Europe as effectively as could be expected (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2018).
