This business plan is to take a hard look into failed plans and how we, as a nation, have failed the mentally Ill. this business plan is being designed so that we clan look at statistics and form what seems economically acceptable to any business plan. I want to hear about what can be statistically deemed inappropriate, but I want more solutions at the end of the day. I want a full business plan put together of how the mental health community can aid the police. I'm specifically looking at how we can put together a new binder on the police dealing and with the mentally ill. The plan is to train officers in more psychological roles, so that we can avoid further conflict over mental health issues .
