Imagine that someone who has not seen the video asks you to explain it to them. You could tell the story in your own words, or describe what it is trying to say about society or a combination of narrative and critical analysis. I will leave that to you for our initial writing sample. Your final product, however, should make sense to someone who has seen it--like a fellow student and me--although they may not necessarily have to agree with your interpretation of the video.
