My Interest in Nursing

I guess I have always been destined to be a nurse. In my childhood, I had enough motivation from my family members, particularly from those who worked in the healthcare sector. I remember my grandmother used to tease that I would replace her as a community health nurse when she retires. These cumulative background events escalated my desire for a nursing profession.

No matter the extent of external influence towards my career choice, I believe the overriding desire to a nurse has always been an inherent quality. Dealing with patients and their family members gives the optimum career satisfaction; this opportunity enables me to uphold my philosophy of being kind, caring, and instilling a smile to my patients.

Nursing is a dynamic field, and I am aware I cannot serve humanity without appropriate academic and professional accreditation; that is why I am seeking an opportunity in your renowned school of nursing. My entire educational journey has prepared me to be a better health practitioner. My main landmark in the healthcare industry was when I graduated with B.A in Public Health
