Only 2 pages in length either double spaced or single spaced if over 2 pages get points off.  How I have it at the top of first page now that is how he wants it with name and course number and question I am answering.   If you know any other abdominal exercises and resources to use please do so and I allow you to re type if you want to.  It has to be in APA 7th edition the last person I hired didn't do it in APA 7th edition.  So, I allow if you know different core exercise and peer review articles please feel free to retype so only two pages and get it back to me by no later than this Sunday at noon.  And it has to be looked like it was written by a Graduate college student.
