How people interact has a critical significance on the progress of the human race as well as the matter of economic and social success. When the relation between one person and another living in the same community is flawless, there are increased chances of having a highly united neighborhood. On the other side of the coin, when the interaction is not effective, due to reasons such as racial discrimination and cultural differences, such people are likely to fall behind on matters of development and human coexistence. Such a situation requires a community, specifically, social workers, to device methods of sensitizing people on the dangers of discriminating against people from multiracial backgrounds.
