Regression analysis provide the level at which independent variable can explain a dependent element. As such, the level of relationship is explained using the coefficient of determinant. For example if the outcome of a regression analysis indicates an R-square value of 0.78, it means that predictor variables can explain up to 78% of the predicted variable. In my work environment, organizational performance is a depend variable that can be affected by different work-related parameters. In this case, the overall performance of my organization relies on a number of attributes may either emanate in the or out of the company. Therefore, some of the independent to include in this analysis are level of education, on-the-job training, motivation factor, and organizational policy. These aspects are related to the dependent variable and proper utilization of regression analysis will determine the extent of the relationship.
