Moral Ethics in place of Work

If my brother is caught stealing at our workplace, I think it would be a terrifying thing for me. However, I would still be professionally and ethically liable to do the right thing, just as I would handle the case with an assumption that the thieve is not my brother.

Under moral ethics, it is clear that my conduct at the workplace should be in line with the expectations of my employer and the terms that I signed when joining the organization. One main reason for adhering to laid down policies is to ensure there is no double standard when interacting with different organizational stakeholders. Additionally, the employer expects me to uphold high moral standards to ensure transparency and accountability of the organization's resources.
