To gain an understanding of the attributes associated with a working  group.  Please think about and respond to the following:  You are running an open group for single fathers which has been in existence for the past 10 months.  You have core members who participate consistently, members that eventually terminate and you have new members joining the group regularly.  What do you think are some obstacles that the members would need to deal with in order to reach the stage of a working group?  How would you work to increase cohesion in the group?
