You can look up YouTube videos on mediation to find examples of introductions used by mediators. Your speech must cover: 1. A description of what mediation is 2. How mediation works (the process that will be used) 3. The role of the mediator 4. The goal of mediation 5. How the mediation will conclude (what will be produced at the end) 6. Anything else that the parties should know before beginning mediation. Your speech must be 1 to 2 pages long, double-spaced, set in 12-point type, and framed with one-inch margins.
