Prepare a SWOT analysis for the Warner-Lambert Organization keeping in mind the time frame of when this case took place which was the early 1980’s. Incorporate/include a review of the product categories where the company exhibits strengths and where your review identifies new opportunities. 2. While the case took place a number of years ago (Warner-Lambert was taken over by Pfizer in 2000 and is no longer an active organization), the categories and brands involved continue to be marketed today. Recognizing things do change over time, use your knowledge and experience, and Marketing skills to update the identified categories to the current time frame. Which have grown, diminished, or just changed in some form based on changes in the surrounding society. Have targets remained the same or changed over time?3. Now, based on your SWOT and update, your task is to identify those product categories that offer the best opportunities to leverage the strengths of the consumer division.
