Based on the research I have done about your organization, you are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skill, and my experience aligns well with this requirement. Secondly, I believe my experience in dealing with African-American women will be a good mix for the sorority community. Finally, I am aware that the core value of your organization is to offer service to all humankind, and since I joined college, I have always tried to bridge gender, cultural, and racial gap making me a better fit for the sorority community.
