There will be three short-answer questions and students are allowed to use any material from the course to answer the questions.  All work submitted must be your own, as I will be using tools to compare answers to one another, as well as cross-checking Internet content, and points will be deducted where cheating is identified.  If any material outside of what was provided in the course is used to answer the questions, sources must be cited. 1.    Provide your answers in bullet or numbered format. The daily scrum is a key ceremony that is part of the Scrum framework. Answer the following: •    What is the overarching objective of the daily Scrum and how does it contribute to the flexible nature of Scrum being an Agile approach? •    Which members of Scrum team would be expected to participate during the daily Scrum? •    What are the acceptable topics that the participants discuss? •    What could a ScrumMaster suggest to a participant if they deviate from the acceptable topics of discussion? 2.    Provide your answers in either bullet or numbered format. With respect to the Product Backlog: •    Define the purpose of the product backlog and what it contains, include the significance of order for the items contained within it. •    Which roles on the Scrum team are responsible for maintaining the Product Backlog? Summarize the activities that each of these roles fulfill. •    What is the name of the activity that is associated with maintaining the Product Backlog? Summarize the key steps associated with this activity. 3.    Provide your answers in bullet or numbered format. With respect to the Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective: •    Describe each ceremony in your own words. •    Which Scrum roles participate in each of these ceremonies. •    Provide an example of at least one appropriate discussion that could occur during each ceremony.
