and our Lives
Love is that intrinsic feeling that you feel attracted
to and need to be close to something or someone. Love starts from attraction,
although thus, attraction can either be driven by lust or not love. All people
have that sense of attraction to one another, and this is the case whether the
relationship is rewarding or not (Glasbergen, 7). People would be attracted to
one other for their reasons. Some people are sex-driven and will have their
minds more occupied with sex than someone's personality.
The video “is it lust or love” emphasizes the difference between lust and love. Among the leading difference are the definitions that are quite distant; lust has to do with sexual attraction towards a person and is ignited by a person's physical appearance. The other difference is how a person behaves under these two. With love, people feel intertwined, and they have a common perception of life (Kenrick et al., 68).
