I have to write about the Neutral Strip AKA "No Mans Land" that was part of the Louisiana Purchase. The Spanish thought that it belonged to them but the U.S thought that it was not there's and that it belonged to themselves. They ended up making an agreement in 1806 that stated that the strip did not belong to anyone. It was a neutral piece of land that had no laws. Anyway, I have to write about a document that the Spanish wrote stating why they wanted it to be a neutral piece of land. The whole essay is gonna be based on this document. I will also upload the instructions that my professor wanted for this essay. Please follow them correctly.
