Technological advancement and the evolution of workplace strategies make it necessary for professionals to align such changes in terms of skills and knowledge. Training is one of the best ways to enhance employee skills and knowledge (Halawi & Haydar, 2018). Providing staff with relevant and consistent training enhances their performance, and efficiency in the workplace improves. The new skills employees obtain during training match the various changes in the industry. The improvements positively influence employee productivity leading to increase company profits and efficiency. Well-trained employees have high morale to work for the company since they feel their value in the company is identified and appreciated.
