INSTRUCTIONS:
Teachers of multilingual learners (often referred as English Learner, ELs) need to understand the language structures and complex factors that influence the acquisition of additional languages. This assignment offers you an opportunity to apply the knowledge of English, an understanding of language as a system of rules, awareness of the separate components of the language system, such as phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics; to engage in the task of addressing the language needs of multilingual learners and foster their language acquisition in classroom.
