For quite a couple of years, Yahoo and Google have played a critical role in the digital world. The two search engines are the top and most used search engines with the highest market penetration. Besides, they play a significant role in the technology industry.

Google search engine has attained and retain the topmost position in the industry because its algorithm is better than any other search engine. Google does better than yahoo because it provides high-quality content over well-established pages and links (Rindova, Martins, & Yeow, 2016). On the other side, yahoo prefers sticking to the old fashioned and well-established websites. Many users prefer using Google to yahoo because it provides them with relevant and reliable results. Also, site owners enjoy Google because it offers the opportunity to build valuable links.
