Lecture 1 Discussion; A Firm with TRUE Brand Compass-Samsung

I chose Samsung as a firm with TRUE Brand Compass. Samsung has been in the electronic market for over 80+ years since it was founded in 1938. It is a convenient firm because you can access and purchase their products at the comfort of your house since they have online retail outlets through which they sell their product and deliver to the customer doorsteps. I rely on Samsung for mobile phones, television, DVD players, home theatres, and memory chips (Ramiz et al., 2014). I have come to trust Samsung with any possible thing I could ever need. Besides, I trust Samsung because I know what I order, I will get. You are guaranteed to get what you purchase.

As for remarkable, in 2010, Samsung’s share market hit 20.6% (Ruiz et al., 2020). That’s 5% of all retail spending across the whole country. Samsung has a variety of different products.
