Please review the recent revision on the US lease accounting policy (Attached) The revised lease accounting policy classifies all leases over 12 months into two types: operating vs. finance.  Please discuss how lessee records in each of operating or finance lease.  Also show what effects will be on B/s and I/S in each type of leases.
