Consider a leader you have known. Debate the strengths and weaknesses of this leader, introducing ways that leadership can be improved. When you are considering this discussion, try to choose a leader who is ‘in the public domain’. Your Boss, or indeed, a parent, may be a great leader in your eyes, but we do need to foster discussion here, so you really need to choose someone that others have heard of, and where information is available in the public domain. You can choose a business leader, a political or religious leader, or a leader in a sporting context; someone alive or dead, but it must be someone that we can research, and debate.
