You should incorporate personal experiences (in which you are either the leader or the follower) and applicable current events in public or non-profit organizations. Your journal entry, which must be a minimum of 500 words, should NOT be a summary of the material you read. It should be a critical assessment of the material and your reflections on that material and its relationship to your personal experiences. This should be based on leadership traits such as Analytic skills, influence skills etc.
