The experience on leadership interview with the Registered Nurse Team Leader was fulfilling and interactive. The RN team leader patiently addressed my concern in a fulfilling way that enabled me to acquire most required professional quality in the field of nursing. The exchange of views during the interaction harnessed my understanding of the role of leadership in nursing and the appropriate set of qualities to make the position fulfilling (Harrison & Tchanturio, 2012).

The RN team leader surpassed my expectations during the interaction. He articulated interview questions very clearly and friendly displaying inherent qualities of a good leader. Nurses have for a long time articulated an ability to collaborate and share visions which are interlinked with activities that enhance service delivery through managing of other nurses and resources. Mostly at the corporate level, nursing management is exercised (Pronovost, 2014).
