Leaders are critical people in a business entity as they determine the organization's staff's performance towards realizing the organization. Business with great leaders is operating at a world-class level because of the valued efforts of such leaders. Apple is among the world-class companies enjoying the privilege of outstanding leadership. Timothy Cook is the CEO of Apple Company, which is among the giant technology companies providing a wide array of goods in the competitive world market.  Timothy's ability to scale Apple Company into higher height is assisted by leading the company ethically, morally, and in general characteristic perspectives.

Ethically, Timothy invests in moral imagination to incorporate various ideas that propel Apple Company towards the desired direction. CEO is a very prominent and respected person in a firm since he can give law and order for its operation. However, Timothy is morally acceptable since he assumes what is right for him should be good for others and vice versa. He always thinks of his subordinates, and he lends them his ears to also give their views for the company's benefit (Zhu, Treviño & Zheng, 2016). Listening to his juniors and take advice from them implied a sense of generosity, and through listening, Timothy gets to know how his assistants see and think of him. Listening to the employees informs their weakness that needs to be addressed to help them perform according to their expectations. Timothy gets to realize his shortcomings as he interacts with his peers effectively, and thus, he improves to become the great leader he is today.

Faith and persistence are other moral factors that helped Timothy reach the far he is today, a CEO of one of the world's biggest companies. The technology industry is one of the most evolving sectors where an idea becomes obsolete within a short period due to fast-changing technology (Mihelic, Lipicnik & Tekavcic, 2010). Completion in the technology firms is very high, and sometimes things get very tough, and my slip out of hand. Apple is one of the companies with strong competitors such as Microsoft Corporation, Google, and Amazon, among others. When things get tough, Timothy does not lose focus or quit the race; instead, he and his team persist optimistically that one day one time, things shall work out in their favor. With faith and persistence, leaders change from monitoring docket to executing whereby they lead their juniors by example. In Timothy's case, working hand in hand is not something new, and such character has earned them a competitive edge against their opponent in the business.

Timothy understands transparency is a crucial factor in realizing success at both the individual and organizational levels. Transparency helps an individual refrain from the previous mistake and perceive it as a learning process in the right direction (Kahney, 2019). When communicating performance to the staff, it is worth telling them the fact of the matter to realize their errant parts and reform.
