write a 500 word brief on the topic of what kind of leader do you want to be in the arts.  This will be the basis for your Leadership White Paper later in the semester.  The paper could take many forms.  It could be your strategy to become a leader in the arts, the type of leader you are, and how you will apply that to the arts in your work post-graduation or a reflection and summary of where you know in your thinking and what next steps are.      Please use at least 3 primary sources.
