1.     Leadership Assessment Assignment Part I Identify your nonprofit organization’s leadership development practices.  Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness in terms of that organization.  Discuss findings, using leadership literature to support conclusions. Part II  Design a research supported recommendation plan to enhance the organization’s leadership development.  In that plan articulate four to six outcomes that are expected for the organization and the current status of the organization on each outcome. Create a plan to assess each of those outcomes and what the assessment expectations are for each of those outcomes.
