Word count for it is 240-500 words. Literature review next 750-1000 words. Diversity 250-500 words. Ethics 250-500 words. Final between 2500-3000. Rough draft due by the end of November. I also have another paper I am in the same boat with. you have to access military doctrine for references (I believe anyone can access it. I usually Google Army pubs and it pulls up.) Paper number two:  Leadership and resiliency. This paper provides the writer a blank canvas to express their research findings on a resiliency topic of their choice. Title page I have, Intro I have, overall outline I have. APA7, minimum words 2500, max 2750, minimum of 3 diverse resources, no pictures or graphs. Abbreviations first time spelled out with abbreviation in parentheses. Thereafter abbreviation only.
