Presently, professional business leaders understand the power of organizational communication in growing and developing business within the organizational climate. In modern business, communication is key to every sphere of management in ensuring organizational matters are properly coordinated and organized for successful implementation. For that reason, most of the organizations fail to meet their target because of poor communication. According to Kikoski (1993), organizational communication is essential in helping managers to perform their basic roles of planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating within an organizational setting. It is important for all leaders to recognize the power of effective communication in ensuring efficiency when performing their roles. Additionally, organizational communication is also crucial in resolving organizational conflicts and establishing teamwork across the close-functional departments. Therefore, Critical theory can be used to support organizational communication in conflict solving in which it assumes that conflicts is a natural state in a work setting. As a result, critical theory tries to unite the workforce and motivate them to work extra harder to achieve an ultimate goal.
