Review the list of strategies that have been scientifically supported or have some evidence ONLY 4. Of those, select one strategy that you would like to implement in the Houston/Harris County Area 5. Review that is provided about the strategy that you have selected to implement 6. Using your health topic you have selected from the steps above, create a logic model for the program (from the question above) ·       Above your logic model, INCLUDE who your target audience is (be specific) ·       Use the picture below as a guide for your logic model and be sure to use determinants (interpersonal, organizational, community and policy) along with intervention points for each of the determinants. Provide two examples (if possible) for each of the determinants. Hint: it may be more helpful to frame your determinants in the negative context to better align them with your intervention points (what your program/intervention will actually do) ·       Be sure to also include arrows as to how the determinants connect with the intervention points.
