You must choose two artifacts to analyze and you must use a variety of items to illustrate your concepts. For example, using one song lyrics, one advertisement, or one meme   Additionally, you must choose different interpersonal communication concepts from interpersonal communication chapters to use in your analysis. For example, in chapter 2 on culture, an interpersonal communication concept you could choose to use to explain a meme you found might be ethnocentrism. HINT: In general, it is easier to first choose a media item and then review the concepts that can be used to analyze it rather than the other way around (i.e., choosing a concept and then searching for a media item that illustrates the concept).  Also note, that more than one communication concept may be represented in the chosen media item; you just need to apply one.
