Drugs in our society are the major issue of contention in the contemporary world that has gained traction from various stakeholders such as lawmakers, religious centers, and pressure group. In a societal perspective, drugs are perceived a source of evil and a primary impendent of peaceful coexistence among community members. A drug is considered to have been abused when the user does not follow the prescription, takes an illegal substance, or engage in the sale of prohibited drugs that leads to both national and international crimes.
