The paper now is focusing on (Shell Oil Company) as a whole in the UAE, (If the company opened there.......etc,), read the paper thoroughly as it is well explained what was focusing on, and what was the requirements! - Required: 1-  Please rewrite or, and edit the whole work based on (Lubricant Sector/ Industry) only, and not the whole company. Read the paper thoroughly... 2- The (VRIO) Analysis should focus on (Shell Oil Company Lubrication sector) resources. -  For instance, you can choose any 4-5 resource capabilities,    and  for example, say (wide-ranging operation function allows Shell to make a merger and/or joint venture with the key companies in the industry!) and you can say (it is/is not Valuable, is/is not Rare, is/is not Inimitable, is/is not Organized (The VRIO analysis) ....... Or you can say (YES/NO) to each (VRIO), according to the findings! - Then also, say the reasons why according to the findings (maybe because Shell has functions in many countries.....!). And Is it a good thing when plans to open in the UAE!. you can write a small recommendation paragraph for the VRIO part only...
