In today’s health care service, it takes lots of time, and effort when fulfilling the process of acquisition of an information system because of massive investment and various factors that need to be considered.  First, the team needs to establish the need which the proposed system will perform. The goal to be performed will vary depending on who and where the systems are to be used in the organization.
