After reviewing the information on Company Dynamo and data for eight plant manager position applicants, the selection team chose three candidates, including martin, Ron Jackson and Jay Davis. In the review, the teams purposed to have an of average score >4.5 and a profile for each applicant.

Although Mr Martin is experienced in small and non-union firms, the personality test results demonstrate his high index inability to manage stress successfully and interpersonal skills. His problem-solving ability is on average. None of his personality traits scored below average. Also, in the work sample, he scored the highest among all candidates. Apart from being an outsider in Dynamo company, all points proved he is the most suitable candidate for the plant manager position.
