contentious issue which most employers have considered critical towards the
success of operations and general positioning of an organization within the
highly competitive market environment. First, employees’ retention is important
to an organization since it determines the competitive edge. For example, a
company that has the ability to retain employees gets leverage of having highly
competitive workers who can improve efficiency and effectiveness of the
operations. Secondly, employees’ retention determines the cost incurred in
hiring and training new workers. Retaining employee for a long time in the organization
reduces the cost of recruiting news staffs and training them. Thirds, the
issues of employees’ retention is essential to an organization since it
determines the reputation. Companies that have a tendency of retaining
