is to answer most of the questions concerning General Motors. It is my humble

quality. We believe that workforce is the most vital pillar, and our success
depends upon creating and retaining capable employees who deliver excellent
service to all the customers all the time

1.4 New employee orientation
Newly hired employees at General
Motors are scheduled to attend orientation meetings, which are held in the
first week of their engagement. In the orientation meeting, the administration
body is introduced to the new staff, company chart, and employee policies are
reviewed.
