Introduction

Human resource assessment is a process conducted mostly by the human resource manager or individuals, to evaluate their capabilities in various fields with the organization. The major focus is identifying what have changed in terms of proficiency and interests against the job requirements (Welpe et al., 2007).

As a human resource practitioner, I would use an assessment scale to determine my capability in attending to my daily responsibilities. First, I would gauge my ability to connect.
