Human Nature on Religious Basis

Different events within the twelve chapters of the Genesis helps us understand the nature of human beings. The events portraying human nature in Genesis includes the possibility of creation of the universe by God, the occurrence of making a sacrifice to God by Abel and his brother Cain and the event of building Ark by Noah. The three occasions in the book Genesis depicted three aspects of human nature, including unique creature before the eye of the Lord, selfish creature and corrupt and disobedient human being.

First, in the two accounts of creation, a human being is portrayed as the most extraordinary creature created by God. During the creation process, God said let there be light and darkness, creatures of water and birds of the air.
